Q: What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

You as the customer are responsible for unpacking and verifying that the products in your package are free of defects within 3 days of receiving them.

If your package is damaged upon delivery, you must report the damage directly to your courier upon receipt of your package or to the carrier delivering your package.  Send your error report within 3 days to customer service and we will help you.

Q: What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item sent to you or if the product is not in the condition you expected, contact Customer Service via our web form on the Customer Service page.  This must be done within 3 days after you receive the product.
